Joshua Completed his master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, with a specialization in the treatment of trauma. No matter what one has experienced or how painful the past may be, Joshua's mission is to help each individual connect with the authentic self. He believes it is possible to overcome destructive behaviors, substance use, and symptoms like anxiety, depression, codependency, and lack of self-worth with practical strategies that are unique to each client. Joshua believes the mind and body play a critical role in reconnecting with who you are. He is dedicated to the latest research regarding neuroscience, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, so clients receive the highest level of care. Joshua is EMDR trained and utilizes elements of trauma-informed care, attachment theory, psychodynamic theory, depth psychology, internal family systems, and CBT.
